general meeting information
This year (2022-2023) the Sept - Dec and Apr - Jun meetings will be hybrid (in-person at Riverside United Church and via Zoom) while the winter meetings (Jan - Mar) with be Zoom only.
Zoom invitations will be emailed the day before each meeting.
OVQG members receive the invitation automatically; no further action is required.
Guest of a member: members must email membership@ottawavalleyquiltersguild.org with their name as it appears in the database as well as the name and email address of their guest and the meeting they want to attend. That's it! We'll take care of sending a meeting link to your guest.
Non-members must register to attend. A link to the complete list of meetings is shown below. Click on the blue Register button for the desired meeting and pay the fee via PayPal or bank transfer.
Monthly meetings are held from September to June on the second Monday of the month except where that interferes with a statutory holiday. Time: 7:30 PM (social time from 7:00 PM) Location: Riverside United Church, 3191 Riverside Drive Visitor admission: $8.00 Parking: There is ample flat parking. Meeting Cancellation: If there is a last minute meeting cancellation, most likely due to inclement weather, we will send members an email and post it on Twitter and Facebook.
