The Membership Year runs from July 1st to June 30th.
Note: If you join before May 1, your membership will expire on July 1. If you join in May or June, your membership will be extended to the end of the following year.
We have an online application form. We would prefer you to fill out our online form, but you can print the paper form, fill it in, and mail it with your payment to the address on the form, or bring it to the next Guild meeting.
1. Online using PayPal during the application process or later by logging in to your account on the OVQG website using your email and password.
2. Bank e-transfer or Interac transfer. Send it to: email@example.com. Write the word “Membership” in the transfer comments section. A password is not required for these transfers.
3. Cheque. Make the cheque out to OVQG. Mail your cheque to this address.
4. Cash. In-person only. Print the paper form or get one at the membership table at the monthly Guild meetings.
Please note that you will not become an active member with access to the members-only pages of our website until your payment has been received in full.
